When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share: your name, phone number, flight details, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count and any special requests (such as child seats). Our website itself does not run accounts, newsletters or tracking pixels beyond standard, anonymised web analytics.

How we use it

Your details are used only to arrange your transfer: confirming the booking, assigning a driver, tracking your flight, and communicating pickup arrangements. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except your assigned driver (name and phone number needed for the pickup).

Data retention

Booking messages are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up, after which they are deleted on request. Message us any time at info@taxibhai.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion.
