Terms of Service

By booking a transfer with Airport Taxi Jeddah ("we", "us"), you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we reply with your vehicle, fixed fare and driver details via WhatsApp, phone or email. Please check the details (date, flight number, destination) and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

Fares

Fares are fixed at confirmation and include road tolls and standard waiting for flight delays. Extra stops or route changes requested during the trip may adjust the fare — your driver will confirm any change before proceeding. Indicative fares shown on this website are estimates only; your confirmed quote is the binding price.

Flight delays & no-shows

We track your flight and adjust pickups for delays at no extra charge within reason. If you cannot locate your driver, call or WhatsApp us immediately. If you take alternative transport without informing us, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup by messaging us. Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may incur a charge.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Child seats are provided on request — please book them in advance. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

Liability

We take all reasonable care for a safe, timely transfer. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (flight cancellations, road closures, extreme weather, government checkpoints). Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected transfer.
